Where do you deliver to?
We deliver all over the mainland UK. In the peak summer months there are rural areas of Scotland that we cant deliver to due to the nature of the product needing to remain frozen
How is the food packaged and transported?
The food is packaged in liquid tight plastic containers, these are then packed into double skinned cardboard boxes for insulation purposes. In peak summer months additional insulation is used and even dry ice to ensure your dog food turns up fresh to your door.
Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?
No, we use DPD as our courier and their drivers will leave the package for you on your doorstep.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
You don’t need to be in to accept delivery. If you aren’t, you will find your package on your doorstep or in a safe space waiting for you upon your arrival home.
Is Delivery available on weekends or bank holidays?
We deliver Monday-Saturday, exclusive of bank holidays. So if you order on a Friday morning, you will receive your package the next day.
